Actually, I used it as a reference to review Path. In a lot of cases, for the usmle, review books hold more pertinent information.

does anyone know what wires i need to connect a dell inspiron 700m to a TV?

depends on the TV...does your dell have an s-video out? some tv's have RGB inputs and/or DVI inputs. this of course if for video...for audio you'll need a standard stereo cable (red and white) unless of course you have a digital coax output

my dell has s-video out and my TV has the RCA connection.

you should be able to get all the cables at a radio shack...then you can go into video properties (or if a laptop, you might have a keyboard short cut) to switch between video outputs
