Doesn't he have to break the 10,000 barrier before a personalised tag gets issued?

Actually - they use to have personal tags. That feature is no longer on VMD. The admin can give them.

It is MUCH higher, when i was in PA program we had a class of 25 and of the 25 there were only 2 men. Both retired corpsman.
BTW its harder to get into PA school than carib school

To answer ur question, bc its an easier career path for most women. Most in the program were married, some pregnant. Some were Md's in another country, for some it was a second career.
They wanted the stability of a job, yet be able to be there for their children all the time. They didnt have any complex about being the scut monkey for life, they were just happy that they can be out of school in 2 yrs, making decent money, and be able to have a family in their early 20's. They were content with having a salary ceiling, bc some were married to successful Md's/ESq's.
The younger girls who went for PA have long term Bf's and either think investing so much time in going to MD is not worth it, or just dont believe they are smart enough (yes I ahve heard that).

Majority of the younger ones, me included, once they get out into the real world, realize that maybe it was worth it in the first place. Then go to medcial school, bc they are still 22-25 not married and are sick of being a cash cow for some greedy MD/resident for life.
In my case, I realized that there is no possible way that u can learn EVERYTHING there is to know about the human body in 11 months, even though we did have classes 5 days a week, 9 hours a day.
