I just finished reading "Paddy's Lament", the history of the Irish exodus to America in the Potato Famine; I also finished reading the entire "Lion Witch and the Wardrobe" series to my son; and I am working on a biography of George Washington. Oh ya, and my current school text on the correctional system. I can't remember the exact title. It's that interesting.

do you own racehorses or are you a fan? Just to make you drool - I bought a gelding a few years ago who was sired by Supreme Chick and out of Fan Dancer. In his first three lines of pedigree he had Easy Jet and Native Dancer. He ran at Los Alamitos on 1/8th of a mile and finished 10 1/2 lengths ahead of the second place horse. It was a track record (may still stand, I am not sure). He shin bucked and my friend sold him to me. I trained him as a barrel racer. He ROCKED. I picked him up for 2 grand and a summer's worth of exercise riding.

I miss that horse.
