so i purchased a 4 acre lot in a current "fire zone' for $150K. It had been on the market for 8 months for $325K.

5 mo, like to share something funny i heard today:

that you will one day be an "Oh" doctor.. that is one that when people see DR. On your credit card or name tag they say "what kind of doctor are you" and you reply, "I'm a vet".. they respond by just saying.. "Oh"... (regarding a Veterinarian!)
