California Recall Election

Just curious; what do all of you think about the upcoming California recall election?

As you know today the appeal court has overturned last week's decision for delaying the election. I personally don't support the recall in the first place, thinking it as a manipulative tactic for the Republicans to get rid of a Democratic governor. Of course California is still a very democratic state and the Republicans still might not win.

radicals?

take over a state?

take over a state run by democrats?

the radical left has ruined California. The stinkers at the ACLU are a bigger threat to America than Al-Quaeda would love to silence the votes of a few million more people, and their corrupt activist judges almost did a few weeks ago. Thankfully, the full court overturned that foolishness.

Let the process go forward. Nothing is going to fix California. They have ruined the state beyond repair. Until they get tough with illegals, and stop pandering to every criminal and parasite, they'll continue to slide into the proverbial sea

I believe latest polls show that Californians are pretty much equally splitted on the recall issue, with FOR slightly more than AGAINST (but in a decreasing trend). Lt. Governor Bustamante is leading (again slightly) as the replacement candidate and Arnold's support is falling but virtually tying with Bustamante. So for now it looks like the Democrats are quite likely to win, but it's still anyone's game.

yes Davis is still the governor and even if he's elected out of Sacramento he'll still be governor until early next year. But the whole state is pretty much in a halt right now so you can say he's not passing any bills

Arnold was in a debate yesterday (for the first time) and it seems like he's the winner, even though it's more of a gimmick thing that he's playing. The debate got a bit comical with him and Huffington too.
