Finally in!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I was wait-listed at the University of Michigan, Michigan State allopathic program and Wayne State. And guess what Michigan State said welcome to the Class of 09. I only applied to these three schools because of the in state tuition and the fact that I live in Michigan. This was much unexpected and I was mostly banking on Wayne State, wish it was U of M, but all in all at least I get to stay in the state even though I would have liked the 16 month vacation. Best of luck to all and man this financial aid crap sucks.

Congrats...and yep, it seems like you're filling out FA forms weekly...and these suckers don't care much about when they get the money to you.

Me either, it's just easier to stay here for now and then do my residency in another part of the United States! But thanks all; the whole process gave me acid reflux. OH MAN ROLAIDS RULE!

Congrats man...
ummmm, 16 month vacation??? When you live on a tropical island for 20 months and rarely visit the beach when it is out of my back door, I wouldn't call that a vacation.
