Thread: UCLA Medical School cannot use cadavers

A lot of people are fond to talking about UCLA not using cadavers. Today, we learned why they are not allowed to use cadavers. They lost their rights because students were doing unauthorized things with the cadavers. Now, they have to use dummy's and have prosections.

So this probably explains why the campus cops were cruising my school's anatomy lab this past Halloween night. They also closed the lab at 10pm that night. It normally stays open 24-7.

I thought it was because the person in charge of the UCLA cadaver program was illegally selling bodies/body parts for personal gain? At least that's what I remember reading.
