USMG radiologist pediphile

Earlier this year, NBC had a TV segment about an Oklahoma USMG radiologist who visited Cambodia several times b/c this guy has a thing for young girls less than 12 years old. This guy's in jail now. How come this guy's medical education wasn't being questioned? Shouldn't the OK state board scrutinize his medical school?

Bottom line-what these two fellas did shouldn't reflect on their schools. This whole issue sounds political. I can see the AMA and LCME dirty fingerprints behind this thing.

All this talk about foreign medical schools is disturbing, I have been hearing about unfair practices at schools like Ross and AUA amoung others. My question is are these schools accredited, specifically who is AUA accredited by. Who does the school have to answer to.
