    Is America Prospective For Trained Physicians?

    I am a Bangladeshi trained medical doctor. Recently I became successful at finding a residency position in America. I am curious to know, is America prospective for trained physicians?

    I think people want to go to developed country for leading develop life, not only economic gain. If economic gain is main fact, then Middle East would be a good choice.
