    How do you keep from getting sick yourself

    I do not know if it is just me, but I always seem to catch airborne colds, sore throats and runny nose from folks in the clinic.
    I do not want to wear a mask all the time.

    Does this happen to you and what do you do ?

    Vitamins my friend, start taking a multivitamin and lots of vitamin C. I use a powder drink mix called emergenC it works great. Also try and get lots of extra sleep so your body can fight off the invaders. Take Vitamin C drops(not cough drops!) Drink some hot tea to help sooth your throat (jasmine tea with sugar is a good choice) and try not to strain your voice.

    Vitamin C supplements are good and after I started exercising regularly I noticed that I got sick less

    Vitamin supplements can be beneficial but more often than not, you will be overdosing if you take a lot of them and like just pee them out and wasting your money.

    simple tips:
    - watch what you eat, and eat less
    - walk every day
    - reduce stress by any means

    Costco gummy bear vitamins work for me and repeated years of getting the flu shot seem to help a little bit.

    -Take vitamins
    -Avoid alcohol
    -Wash hands before eating
    -Regularly do yoga/excercise

    u r easily prone to URTIS..
    eat fresh fruits of all kind,especially citrus fruits,do regular MORNING EXERCISES..walk in fresh air..take all those hygienic precautions while in clinics...wish u all the best
