that the heisman voting is just as messed up as the bcs. what a travesty that tebow didnt win despite getting the most 1st place votes. what ever happened to just voting for who you think should be number 1 then sorting out second, third, fouth, etc place from the final vote tallies?

That's some sort of sporting or athletic achievement award is it not?

bradford was just as deserving. he's had a MONSTER year.
the tebow thing really jumped out at me when looking at the votes...especially this fact

this year though was the year of the Big12. Harrell, Bradford and McCoy were amazing, and if i was in their region seeing all their games i would have trouble NOT voting them 1-2-3. with the SEC having a VERY down year, it makes sense to vote for the best player who helped his team win against the best teams (sorry i don't think Bama deserved #1, they played ZERO good teams but FL).

it's no difference then than years when SEC voters/media have just voted for their region with no regard for the midwest/west coast.
