Remember the First day HAGEE endorsed McCain, John McCain stated he doesn't agree with the things Hagee says but he appreciates his support. Hagee was furious and went off attacking McCain. Obama on the hand, knew his pastor was really nuts, disinvited him before lauching his presidential bid. Also note that Obama is running on a platform that he wants to unite the country. If he stayed listening to this pastor for 20 years without objecting to some of the things he says or leaving the church what does it say about the man's character. Also Note Obama is a Harvard graduate, someone who has seen the best America has to offer but choses to join the leak of Al sharpton & Jesse Jackson in misleading young people who are very vulnerable. Rev. Wright's racist preaching doesn't serve the young generation of African Americans. It really sad Obama never objected to it. I strongly believe that is the problem with the African American community. Their so called civil rights warriors are all nuts. There is ample opportunity in America, all you need is hard work. My parents immigrated from Africa years ago, worked hard and were rewarded. I have had the chance to visit other countries, and trust me America is the dream of all around the world.

I will vote for the best contender......you know who the person is.....

How did he mislead? This should be interesting? He's black they are black so it's guilt by association though you haven't seen Jackson or Sharpton as part of his campaign? Haven't seen press conferences for Obama b/c Jackson or Sharpton endorsed him, but have seen many for Mccain and other religious right people that have made outlandished comments on the reasoning of 9/11 and Katrina b/c of gays and deprived society.

That was well said, my friend! I believe if such a guilt of association, color or religion was a death sentence, we could have been all at the mercy of the guillotine.

There is a reason for the ruckus. Obama has known this man for 20 years. Rev. Wright married Obama, baptized his children, and is Obama's close friend an spiritual adviser. Obama says he wasn't aware of the extreme views of Rev. Wright. I find that a bit hard to swallow. G

Well Hagee's extreme bigoted comments are as bad as anything Wright has said. I was checking some of Wright's comments, they are definitely troubling.
John Hagee has also made similar comments as well. But the stuff that really offended me was Hagee labeling Pope Pius as "Hitler's Pope". Both Wright and Hagee are bad news.
