I like this theory a lot, but somehow it doesn't work in my case. My parents have always been strict on me, but they have been super nice to any guy I ever brought home... the guys were always treated like guests of honor. I never understood this. Instead of chasing guys away, my parents always were like "please go out and meet some nice guys"....
