Why

Why if I copy something in a website, I can't paste in another one it apears like meaning empty.
Then I tried to copy something and paste it in an email and to my surprise the same st happend

explain please

I have done a ton of HTML programming and I have run into this on occasion. I think the issue comes in because MS Word and Outlook will recognize HTML and try and format the text that way. However I don’t really know that for sure, but my fix is to always paste the copied text into MS Notepad then copy it from there and paste it where I want.
