Best way to lose weight,tone up the body and increase body mass is?

All hunks , pls 'weigh in' with your thoughts on the best way to..
1] Lose weight around the mid section.....
2]Gain Upper Body mass and Lower Body mass, but only at the right places.
3]What diet to follow?

1 - cardio combined w/ lifting to burn as many cals as possible
2 - lift
3 - low carb/sugar diet with several small meals a day (eat most carbs in the AM)

i also eat lots of fruits, vegetables and food with lots of fibers

..can u name some high fibre foods that u eat pls....

...what about protein: are egg whites, white chicken meat sufficient....

....how do I measure the small meals quantity, and how much apart should I time them.....

I have heard that some people no matter how much they diet and exercise, do not lose weight, and some even gain it. I believe stress plays a role in weight gain, as well as age. The age factor is due to decreased muscle mass, so engaging in strength training could help one control or lose weight.

Recently, I tried yoga, went to a class taught by a teacher from India, and I have to say real Indian yoga is intense. The instructor who is nearly 60, is built like a man half his age.

high fiber foods? do a google search. egg whites and chicken breast are great low cal/high protein/low carb foods, but u still need fiber.

veggies is a good fiber source, i also sub the normal white bread with whole wheat bread

gotta check the labels though many whole wheats still have lots of sugar
