All of my college classmates who wound up on Wall Street were laughing hysterically when I told them in 1999 that the Euro would dominate over the US Dollar. Now look who's laughing now. The article mentioned that there is a slight possibility that the Dollar could recover but the Euro now competes with the Greenback so it would be very difficult to estimate when a recovery would occur.
Most people prefer to read about celebrity shenanigans but news like this is more relevant and I think if more Americans paid attention to stuff like this rather than who Paris Hilton gave a blowjob to, we would not be in this mess.
