It can go both ways.

Foul on the defensive player...for blocking because if you watch closely, the defensive man move to the right just when Vince was almost in the air and he's not squarely standing, he moved his right shoulder too.

Foul on Vince for putting his left hand on the face of the defensive player.

But I think none was called after watching it again as most players continue to go back at the other side of the court.

Supposedly the guy Carter dunked on was on his way to the NBA but decided not to go because of this. Imagine having to explain (in broken english no less) why he was able to dunk like that on a 7'2" guy. Sort of like that Japanese player who had to come out and explain why he was shown participating in a Japanese gay porn.

I know this is "international" competition where professional players don't want to risk fouling hard and getting injured...but what is worse: stepping out with your hands up and having VC dribble around you or pass...or getting dunked on like you're a 5-year-old?
