Can you help me?
Hello friends, I’m 18 years old, 5’3” tall and 135 pounds in weight. I would like to lose 20 pounds. A month ago I went on a 600 calories diet, and lost 12 pounds, messed up my metabolism. But I gained most if it back eating 1200 calories a day. I exercise 20mins a day. I need help constructing a diet plan. Specific diet foods would be great. Also if possible I’d like to lose muscle, I bulk up really quickly, and I want to stay lean. Can you help me?
