I saw the fight, Hatton never stood a chance, either he had a game plan and tossed it or got chilled, but he was clearly behind, relentless in his attcks, yes, inefective because Floyd made him miss too much, speed, Floyd too fast for this kid, 2 more rounds would have been another unanimous decision for Floyd, but seeing knocking out his toughest opponent seals the deal of a magnificent career. Mayweather best pound for pound fighter.

i'm not sure what fight you were watching.
Hatton controlled the first half of the fight, even w/ May clinching like crazy.

May won from 6-10 only from what i saw.

If you call controlling 3 rounds out of the first 6, that is one heck of controlling the first half of the fight, not to mention getting cut on the third round by a clean shot. Mayweather just turned the tables on Ricky and gave him a boxing lesson, and dominated him when it most mattered. Overall the judges had Hatton with only 2 rounds, which I disagree, I gave him 3 up to the knockout point. Besides that, Floyd just fought the way Hatton fights most of the time, using his foreamrs and some dirty clinching, just returning a favor and whupping Hattons rear, making him look like what he is, a contender, not a champion.

he did whoop him in the late rounds, but i saw holding, forearms and an occasional headbutt from May. i was disappointed in his performance, May is a better fighter then he showed on Sat night.

ahh well in the end a W is a W.
