Ah, see. You're under the common illusion that majors will actually impart special wisdom based off of what you choose. Unfortunately, it's not.

In fact, I think it's now a majority of med students that were NOT science majors. History is a fine major I think. It teaches you about the world (as a doctor you will meet people from all walks of life), tests your writing abilities (your literary skills will be very valuable), gives you more free time than a science major, and a lot of other perks.

absolutely. You may not be able to do all the premed courses together like you would if you were a science major or have an odd schedule with classes at odd times. But those are small sacrifices to the potential rewards.

There are many a caribbean student who were science majors with mediocre grades and many a US med student who were humanities majors with spectacular grades.

ooooooooooooooooo, i'm going to kill my counselour. This is strike 3 for stupid answers/advice she has given me that has turned out to be wrong. She told me it was not a wise decision!!! and suicide to try. That my GPA will be affected to be lower and it will make me less wanted for med schools.

Killlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!

For in depth psyche of school counselors, I suggest watching Clerks and understanding the term "Shell Shock."

ugh, no wonder i don't know him. I can't stand rap music. I've learned to love heavy metal anything at all, but rap is just impossible. I'd be surprised if that Doc makes it in the US!!! American hospitals are very suspicious usually of foreign trained doc, and put them through the grinder when they make them do their residency or something equivalent over.

i'm sry, you'll have to fill me in again. What's Clerks and if its on cable then i can't watch it any ways. Shell Shock is finding that something you've believed in for quite a long time, even your whole life, is wrong, isn't it? I thought tat's what the metaphor was used for.

And in war...
