What has this got to do with the original statement of yours - "If a gendarmerie ever shoots a civilian, they are wrong and breaking the law if the law is still in effect." ?

they would be breaking the law because this makes sure the human rights of the civilans are protected. It's like an ethics committee against the police. If the civilian complains physical injury then the officers or whoever would be charged 50,000 francs. And they would probably even win because if it was in the public, there are all those monitoring cameras.

They made the law after a police officer shot some unarmed civilians.

Andorra

Rose...In the Pyrenees between Spain and France, it is a principality dating back to the 1278, in case you think it is a new place. The Tour de France passed by there last year as well as La Vuelta a Espana (for the cycling buffs) A tax haven for rich Spanish athletes.

You have a fervid imagination, but scant regard for annoying little beasties called facts or the truth.

“New Global Trend: Dump a Dollar, Buy a Euro” - theTrumpet.com

A new global trend, while the US economy is now on shaky ground, Europe is moving full steam ahead. The dump a Dollar and buy a Euro bandwagon is moving at full speed.

About seven years ago, I got into a very heated debate with an ex roommate of mine who is an Investment Banker and he thought the Euro was a joke, now look who's laughing.

Can you not stay on topic in one thread without spouting your "US is crumbling" and "The Holy Roman Empire shall rise!!" commentaries?
