Like it or not America needs Bush and a tough foreign policy to survive, currently there are major dangers to the US developing around the world, the European Union, China along with Russia and India, and Iran, will pose a major economic threat to the USA. I would not be surprised if the Democratic candidates are getting money from groups within these political spheres.

Russia and Iran are more dangerous to use, since i doubt the E.U., China, or India will threaten America militarily or want to bomb us. Are we going to earn any foreign friends by becoming tougher than we already are? If we get meaner, then when something crisis actually happens, won't the other countries be waiting to come and rub the salt in?
China is a major supplier for a lot of things for the US.
India is doing a lot of the jobs Americans should be getting, but aren't because of outsourcing. So they both benefit mutually from the US and aren't exactly hurting us.

By the way, is it true that Frank Sinatra helped JFK become president through the Rat Pack's influence?

I didn't say politics weren't complex. Especially so for the young, since all the politicians are old hoots whose histories we have to dig up since they've been around for eons and we weren't able to live in the moment. I'm not democrat or republican, I pick my party based on the candidates. This election I happen to be democrat because all the candidates I like are in their party and the only republican I like doesn't unfortunately have a big chance of winning. Some people when they go to vote, just enter republican for all their candidates and if mickey mouse was on the list half way down, they wouldn't even notice.
