Do any of you came from the Philippines? Am I th only Filipino here?

Heat oil to smoking point;
Place vegetable in it , wait till fried.
Place chicken/beef/pork/ pieces or fish[whole or part]in it, wait till totally fried.

Voila, Philipino food is ready!!
I ate Philopino food, in San Diego.Though I refuse to write a review.But the food was inexpensive.For 10 bucks, you got 2 portions of fish,chicken,fried veggies,rice and a fish soup.
