you do get the info you need with some sarcasm and comic relief once in a while. most people who begin searching "alternative" ways to finish school need a cold realization that anything short of the full monty in med school is not likely to result in the desired results. as for "personal reasons" it is irrelevant, we all have sob stories about the system disenfranchising us for being balck, white etc, having to work eight jobs to support 10 kids while walking uphill in the snow to buy groceries... guess what licensing boards don't care.. all they look at is their own burocratic bubble.
online classes maybe the future but its not now nor will it be for foreign schools for quite a while. look up the online schools, they have been open for quite a while with no verified practicing grads from the online program. the majority of people that get their degrees from these places have turned out to be chiros, pods, nutritionists, dentists, etc that just want the MD for marketing to make themselves sound better but have no intention on actually using it. more power to the decision process just go in knowing all angles.
BTW-trust me on this, if you have financial, family, economic issues they will get intensified during the 4 year hell that is med school. best thing to do is put life on hold, figure out a way to make all those things go in limbo for 4 years and do it right. and as for intuition, gut instinct etc to determine a degree you will carry the rest of your life is just silly..this should be the most objective choice of your life not one based on what a pretty website a school has.
