Lightbulb New Research shows NOT wearing a bicycle helmet can be safe

BBC NEWS | UK | England | Somerset | Wearing helmets 'more dangerous'

I'm surprised at the results, but I suppose it makes sense. On the flipside of the coin I do not wear a helmet and I almost got grazed by a tourist bus once out of the 4 trips a day I've made in the last 2 weeks.

I'm going to buy a rear view mirror so I can see the bastards barreling close before they surprise me from the side. Anybody know if Uncle Bill's or Larry's Hardware stocks those?
