I would not practice anymore, I would spend my time doing the things that I enjoy.

first 10 things I would do with the money:

    1) Buy something to eat
    2) Have an accountant figure out how much tax I would have to pay on it and pay it.
    3) Buy into a hedge fund/invest
    4) Buy a McDonalds franchise!!
    5) Buy something to eat
    6) Pay off any loans and gov't official as deemed necessary
    7) Buy a car
    8) Sell current house and buy a bigger one!
    9) Share with the family
    10) Retire!!

I can't really think of 10 things that I would do... BUT I know that I would not quit medicine... I just love this profession too much to do so...

    1. Talk to an accountant/IRS, and pay the taxes...
    2. Establish four Living trust funds: my parents, my niece, my brother, establish a foundation, and of course, ME
    3. Buy land (want lots of it)... and start planning my "dream" home
    4. Buy more land... and start planning the "perfect" community health clinic that will serve the poor and the rich... it would be the "state of the art" clinic that would offer ALL services... from psychiatric to surgery;
    5. I would like to own a professional sports team (would prefer the Dallas Cowboys but don't think Jerry Jones will be selling the team anytime soon)
    6. Buy the latest camera/video, laptop, PDA, printer, cell phone....
    7. Travel to the "original" seven wonders of the world, and to any other place...

    That's it...
    "SLAM-DUNK THE STEPS"

“Peace, it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, no trouble, or no hard work…..it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your
    heart.”

Well... I would not stop working depending on that. I'll stop depending on if I can go on physically and mentally.

    1) My mommy gets the first check!
    2) Obviously, like the others said, pay all my taxes.
    3) Open up a clinic. (Hopefully I'll have a good husband that can help me run it or a good partner/friend).
    4) Start trust funds for all my immediate family members and my nieces and nephews (lets not forget my own future family).
    5) Donate to my church (I know they would be thrilled, but it's mostly to thank GOD I made it that far!).
    6) Buy at least three houses each one in different locations in the world, they all have to have nice pools...lol (most likely in Connecticut, Dominican Republic and maybe Haiti).
    7) Have at least 1 car for each house.
    8) Travel till I have satisfied my desire to see the world.
    9) Save what ever is left for my retirement.
    10) Ummm... I don't know what else... I always wanted to get a boat. Don't ask! Maybe I'll do that.

Aaaaahhhh... The AMERICAN DREAM! Don't you love it?!

    Everyone has a dream.....

    1) Source and buy a mint condition 1957 300SL Mercedes-Benz (convertible if possible)
    2) Hire full time security to guard said mint condition 1957 300SL Mercedes-Benz (convertible if possible)
    3) Put the remaining $95M in a high interest account and live off the interest while spending my days staring at the car.

I actually saw a 300SL Coupe in central London last week, black with red leather....*drool*. Owner let me sit inside and now I can die a happy man
    "Mr Churchill, you are drunk!"
"And you, my dear, are ugly. In the morning, I shall be sober"
