What would Dr. F stand to gain by bashing SMU?? Nothing. Saba and MUA are bursting at the seams with applicants, as is SMU. There will always be applicants to both schools.

Maybe someone is jelous??
No, it is clear that the allegation have some truth to them since as you read it, it is not contested, if false it would be stated as such. Also there is mention that there was a "discovery" of these facts meaning that these two and others are listed in some way as part of the AAIMG read the enire doc it is very ineresting.

Look I go to St James ( AAIMG not to favorable to them) and I want to say, Do not start a war with MUA/SABA over this, the current students do not have anything to do with this.

We all have finals right?

I don't think Saba/MUA had any thing to do with SMU being disapproved by CA. Even if Saba did point the evaluation team to the website, they would not likely take the site into consideration. The CA med board doesn't even trust the ECFMG or recognize any external evaluators, you think they would be swayed by some website?? That is why they send a team to evaluate the schools which is composed of individuals whom the board deems to be thrustworthy and thruthful when it comes time to recommending whether or not to approve the school. They have been dissapproving schools since the 80's. In 20 years they should have learned a thing or two about what constitutes a school being worth recognized by them.

I guess that's why they still have Saddam University School of Medicine on their approved list. That school is probably not even standing now. Cali has shown a record of inconsistency and it starts with their list of approved school. I can go all day on Cali.

if there is even a shadow of thought that Cali was swayed by Saba/AAIMG then there is grounds for a major lawsuit and more in the future.

All hell would break loose, and we would be able to practice in in CA and any other states that use their list. Their list would be worthless.

California automatically approves any foreign medical school that is designed to train individuals from that country, and is not for profit. That is why they recognize schools in Cuba also. These offshore schools are for profits schools where money is number one, so they choose to question the quality of education students would receive there. True academic institutions put education first with finances right behind it.
