denial is not just the name of a river in egypt.

the lawsuit between SMU and Saba/MUA is real, and the actions that have been shown to have happened are pathetic on the head of AAIMGs part. have the student just read the law documents. its in there.

First of all these ALLEGATIONS are just that. NOTHING has been proven. Why don't you just wait for everything to go through the legal system and see what comes out.

For people who are supposed to be objective, you sure are pre-judgemental.

Wow! I finally took the time to read the court document. This part is interesting:

Quote:
In recent filings by St. Matthew's in the Nevada action, it has alleged and submitted documents in support of allegations that a significant amount of the operations and fraudulent activities of the defendants in the Nevada action occurred through the use of a computer in the residence of F***** and H****, using an internet access account containing F*****’s name, accessed by dialup modem via a telephone line and number located at F*****’s residence and registered under the name of H****.

note: edited names available in the court document

Guess they didnt cover their tracks very well -- even though they used a Russian hosting site(?). Good for SMU in tracking this down!

Back a few years, there were always presistent rumors about AAIMG. And there were strong rumours about the principle owners of Saba. Interesting how these rumors turned out to be true. (imagine my surprise!)

Look I'm unobjective but the court in nevada ruled there was evidence submitted that the SABA president did do this, the document is noted and signed by the judge! Why do you think it is alleged? If the Judge signed it then it is a confirmed document!

Please if this is wrong tell us.

Also this has nothing to do with the teaching at the schools I know that, but the President.
