got this q

middle-aged woman who has met. breast ca.refuses treatment and sets out to get closer to God and nature.she now accepts her diagnosis and is at peace with herself.2days ago she learnt that her daughter was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer and she now seeks a way to understand the meaning of this situation. what will u do for her now?1.Refer to Physician2.Refer to Psychiatrist3.PRESCRIBE fluoxetine4.prescribe Buspar5.PRESCRIBE vALPROEX

I would go for buspar. Choices A and B are incorrect , they always want you to make decisions not to refer patients -that's usually a wrong answer in the exam-They dont mention anything about her being depressed, but for the choices given they want you to precribe a drug so i would go for a "mild" medication.
any other inputs?

I know referral is never to be the right option but in this case,none of the options appear correct.what is the indication for buspar?or any other drug given? i decided this must be one of those 'security' questions.any other ideas are welcome.
