Red face Anorexia qs

i'm confused b/w (b) & (c) , if anyone could explain me the most appropriate answer, will be thankful. ..

Q) which of the following is correct to anorexia nervosa
  • Significant depression usually occurs
  • Appetite is not initially lost
  • Pursuit of thinness becomes the only priority
  • Loosing weight becomes associated with an escalation of anger
  • Purging often develops later in the course of the illness

hello friend
I think the answer to your question is option C because appetite is not lost due to an organic disorder but it is due to psychological reason so according to me there is no point of anorexia developing initially or later.It is the thinness which the patient is usually concerned with..
