When is Tardive dyskinesia potentially fatal?

A) When operating machinery
B) After many years
C) When diaphragm is involved
D) In acute psychosis
E) When permanent

When I think about TD, I think about involuntary movements of the face... but I do know TDs can also affect trunk and limbs. So if TDs involves the diaphragm, then it can mess up breathing.. so I'll go with C) When diaphragm is involved

Good logic with a correct answer.
The point of the question was that TD can affect all skeletal muscles.
