which antidepressantr does not decrease libido or interfere with maintaining an erection for a male?

a. clomipramine
b. amitriptyline
c. bupropion
d. sertraline

buproprion is the best choice, as SSRIs and TCAs can cause sexual dysfunction.

I agree with what the others said here and I am sure most of them who have tried the bupropion will say the same thing. I am well aware of this as previously I was prescribed a different medication that is not present in the list here and this resulted in all sorts of problems till the doctor finally switched me to the bupropion and things started to change for the better. But then again medications should only be taken when advised by a doctor.
