Hmmmm....
I took it a bout 3.5 yrs ago and I can recall little or no Plant Bio (maybe some cell wall type questions). The thing that rocked me - and it seemed like the whole test was made up of this, including the verbal section
 - was all the electrochemistry. I saw more electrodes in tanks and such than I could ever remember seeing in my entire (checkered) academic career.Don't Worry. Best of Luck!

No plant biology on it. In physics, yeah, there was a lot of eletrical junk that made me cry.
