Overall if you can graduate with at least a 3.4 cum. and a higher sGPA (or at least a 3.0, which means you're going to have to get some "A's"). With a solid MCAT (26 and up). I think you'll be fine. If possible retake anything you got a "C" in. That might help, but it's only your first year, so you should be fine, unless it was a matter of grasping material because it only gets more complicated, of course. It would be a good idea though to figure out where you went wrong and correct it lest it be the same thing for your remaining years. If this is your worst year, you can always explain it away later in your personal statement, as long as there is improvement. Good luck.
