med etudiant is on a distinguished road
Thoughts?

Salutations, I'm a bit concerned about a few things.

1. I am planning on taking the MCAT in January, (after I finish Physics) will this late date count me out for the 09 year (depending on if I get accepted?)

2. Also if all goes well I will graduate by then. However, I may need to finish up 1 or 2 classes during the summer to graduate. How does this affect the application?

2. When should I put in my applications? Is it too early for fall 09 considering I havent written the MCAT? (I havent tacken the MCAT, I still need physics, all other pre-reqs are done.)

I'm also applying to some Caribbean schools, and perhaps Ireland. Thanks for any/all help.

jameslynton is an unknown quantity at this point
January 09 - MCAT OK for Island schools which have rolling admissions like SGU, AUC, Ross, Saba, AUA, St Matt's, Trinity, etc

For Ireland check with admissions there - they are not like Island schools more like US schools. I can't say much as I know of only one person the get in Ireland at that school. I think it is not an easy school to get into a bit more difficult than a US DO school or the lessor US MD schools.

For US schools - NO unless you are applying for 2010. You need to graduate for most of the better schools. I would suggest you PM Tipton at AUA - he has lots of information about the whys' and wheres since he is the only school official in admissions on VMD that I know of.
