Foreign School or MMS

So I am debating about what I should do and am unsure what I can get into at this point. I am graduating from BU with a 3.1 GPA in Political Science. I have taken my premed courses with little success (Science GPA 2.63). Next year I am taking Cell Biology, Biochemistry I and II, and Immunology at Vanderbilt while doing lung cancer research full time. Do I have a chance of getting into an MMS program or a reputable foreign school (Ross or SGU). What is the best course of action

You have several options:

1. a Post bac program - do a MCAT prep course. Take the MCAT Apply US schols
2. a DO school and lessor US medical school also
3. Spend some time to find out Why you are not doing well in intro courses in science before taking harder one's. (get/build skills)
4. Get an MS. Then apply to US schools
5. Apply to SGU, AUC, Saba, AUA, St Matt etc. skip the above if you have the pre-req's.
