Should I take pre-reqs @ a comm college?

Im about to graduate with a computer science degree this comming january. (finally) Ive been researching about medical school for almost a year now, talking with residents, and med students. Basically my question is would med schools reject classes taken at a community college? I have to repeat Organic 1&2 and take Physics1&2. I was thinking of taking orgo1 in the winter session, Orgo 2 and Physics 1 in spring, then Physics 2 summer session 1. I would take them at a community college but a city 4 yr college would be possible too. Im going to apply to D.O. schools and the rest will be international schools for the simple fact that my gpa will be a flat 3.0 (2.93 at this point)

My .02's - Yes medical schools take community colleges credits, however you lower your chances of getting in a good and less expensive US school. If your grades are good to very good in your major - research the post Bac programs. The AAMC has this site:

I was told by standford representative that all medical schools treat units from two year college and 4 year college exactly the same. If u are going to a foreign medical school, then u should take it in a two year because it is cheaper. 2 year colleges give you the best education for your money. The benefits are less students, lower price and transferable in all 50 states.
