This is exactly why I'm asking. I have been rejected from all US med schools I applied to and am still waiting to hear back from SMU and SGU for the Jan '08 and Szeged for Fall '07. i need to think of back up plans.

A friend of mine... [international friend from taiwan] scored math: 800/800 verbal: 450/800 got into Rutgers Toxicology Ph.D. program quote] Is a GRE score like the SAT of graduate school? Is it required for applying to a master's program or is it just brownie points to show how well rounded you are in the subjects? |

Depends on what kind of graduate school... Busines they use GMAT and or most others, they use GRE...
It is not brownie points to show how well rounded you are in the subjects, it is required. I have not seen any graduate school that doesn't use GMAT or GRE at all, unless you apply outside of USA |
