Chem I

Just wondering what your guys grades are in Chem 1. Im coming out of it with a C. Its a 5 week summer class.

Fall 2003: D (not happy, signed up for spring 2004)
Spring 2004: W (didn't know I was on academic probation, was forced to withdraw)
Fall 2006: A

I struggle w/ math. I'm holding on to the hope that Chem II, and Orgo is more conceptual and less mathmatical, correct?

Chem II has a lot of math... be ready for it..
Orgo doesn't really have any math... maybe just figure out how many percent an organic structure is rotated to R or L... but lots of memorization involved.

Chem 1 - B+
Chem 2 - A

Chem I is def a lot easier than Chem 2, but what I found most helpful was basically just studying from a study guide that comes with the book...because often profs, use similar questions on tests...and for chem 2 I basically had to study every night - there's just a lot of info...
