My 3-4th year GPA is 3.15 and 3.0.
I have outstanding extra-curricular experience. I help run an Aids Service Organization - I've been on the board for the last 3 years and I have loads of volunteer work/involvement in health related student groups.
My highschool marks are outstanding. Will this be considered?
Currently, I am enrolled in a post-graduate program in PR, and my first semester average is 75%. I have decided to withdraw from this program since I wish to pursue medicine.
I am willing to start from year one, since I do not have a science background. Is it too late to apply? What are my chances of getting accepted?
I am working on my application form, can someone send me a template of their personal statement?
Thanks!

I am going to MUA Nevis for pre-med in Sept2007. Students who get 3.0 GPA in pre-med are automatically enrolled into Med. I've heard that doing pre-med helped a lot of people do well in Med at MUA. I don't know much about pre-med at other Carib Med schools. You can do a research though. Good luck.
P.S. I don't think your High School records will matter since admissions are usually interested in your achievements beyond HS.
