Refresher study material for MCAT??
Hi there folks,
I want to prepare for MCAT test. I have taken all pre-reqs during my under-grad degree, except Bio courses. I plan on taking those bio pre-reqs soon. I will appreciate if some one can advise me on: 1) Will I be better off by taking intro courses for bio, or take upper classes of physio/anatomy? Will intro to BIO cover material for MCAT.? * the way I see, upper courses will help in med school, but I want to score good in MCAT for now, and need knowledge to do well in MCAT. 2) Are there any study materials available that one can go through, since its been 7-8 years I took organic and general chemistry, physics stuff. *after going throught that study material (if any), I want to go through KAPLAN programme later. Thanks, HYSIS |

re: refresher study material for MCAT?
you should definitely take two semesters of general biology, it will cover everything you need to know. Physiology would help but is not required. I would recommend examkrackers review books. They are the best hands down.
