best route :please help!!!!

I have a question…perhaps someone can help with this. I am a Canadian student with a 3.6 undergrad GPA (honors biochem) as for my MCAT scores (took them april 2006). Being that Canadian schools are very difficult to get into (on average 3.8 is required). What American schools are easy to get in to? On practice MCATs I got about 30-32. If for some reason I couldn’t get into an American school, what is the best route as far as prestige and recognition and would facilitate getting residency in both Canada and U.S. (although if I’m limited to u.s., I’m not worried cause my father is American and I can get my green card) would it be Caribbean (I would consider SGU) or Ireland (RCSI or Trinity college).
I’m really stressed out about verbal reasoning on the mcat (would a V=8, B=12, P=12) be a good score?

Your opinions will be greatly appreciated!

You should have no problem if your ecs are strong. At the worst you'll have to go to a DO school. Don't apply to Harvard, persay, but most state schools should accept you.

I'm currently a masters student in biochem( and should be getting a second other on a paper). my extras are patient feeding, treasury for biochem grad. society, youth advisor, i'm also taking the st. jeans ambulance CPR and first aid courses, but all this is recent. I don't want to go the D.O. route. and as a canadian, can't i not apply to state schools?

Getting residencies in Canada is a pain in the rear end no matter what you do, somethingwith their placement program. Don't let the Canadian factor influence you too much.
