Can you indicate where your post states that you are no longer a Poznan student? I read it through, and other than using past tense a couple of times (which could mean anything), you didn't clearly mention it.

There are some E-EU universities with English programs that probably are more professional than the one you attended, and probably some even worse, but it is Eastern Europe... and any significant changes will take literally decades.
