Any current Poznan student know how much an apartment in Poznan costs?

What could i expect to pay for a single apartment near the school, or within reasonable distance.

I would also be curious...same question!

The cost of an apartment can be quite variable depending on the exact area, how big, renovated or not and how many people live there.

At the bottom I attached a map highlighting the important areas for students as well as where most students tend to live off campus.

I think a good rent budget for one person should be between 1500-2000 PLN (+/- depending) - it can go as high as 2500 PLN or as low as 1000 PLN but that all depends on area and apartment size.

In addition to any prices you find you also have to consider things like condo fees (also paid by renters), electricity, gas, internet etc.
