Thread: Can I do my clinical rotations in Canada or the U.S. if I join Pomeranian?

Hi there, I got four questions:


1. Is the medical degree taught in English?


2. I have a B.Sc. Honours in chemistry from Canada. Can I finish the medical study in 4 years?


3. Can I do my clinical rotations (I guess years 3 and 4) in Canada or the U.S. if I join Pomeranian Medical University?


4. Which European medical schools allow clinical rotations in the U.S. and Canada?

Yes.

No. Pomeranian was going to implement a 4-year program, but backed out of it at the last minute a few years back. They have a 6-year curriculum only.

3. Can I do my clinical rotations (I guess years 3 and 4) in Canada or the U.S. if I join Pomeranian Medical University?

Last time I checked, no, but that is a question for the good folks at Pomeranian, isn't it? You can set up your own US rotations during vacations and the like, but it is infinitely better/faster/easier to have a clinical relationship set up with your school.

4. Which European medical schools allow clinical rotations in the U.S. and Canada?

That information is listed here on VMD in a lot of places... hit it with a search and you will find plenty of details.

Jagiellonian university has a 4 year program which has affiliations with a few US hospitals so you can do clinicals in. US..check it out..
