general question regarding admissions.

I would like to go to medical school, but I have a fairly low GPA, 2.92 for High School and a 2.98 for university studying art. In High School I studied
1 year of chem and 1 year of bio, but no physics. Needless to say I was lazy in both High School and university. But such is life when you have a undiagnosed learning disability and are forced to attend University directly out of High School by your parents. (please excuse the sob story)

Now for the cliché bit: feel free to skip it if you like

I have since started studying nursing. I was able to finagle my way into spending a week shadowing doctors at the hospital, and now know what I want to do with my life. I am older now 29, and much wiser, I have my learning disability under control via medication, and realize that anything worth doing is difficult. I know that I can achieve much higher grades, and will hold myself to a much higher standard, since I have a goal, and peoples lives depend on my decisions, and knowledge. In contrast to my earlier educational endeavours where I was motivated by the threats of crazed immigrant parents.

Is it possible for me to get into a 6 year medical program in Poland with my grades? Any advice?

My guess is yeah, you will probably be able to find a school that will accept you in Eastern Europe. (Just make sure that you are up to the task of dealing with crazed, non-immigrant professors.) I don't think that all of the programs even require physics for the 6-year programs, anyway, so that's probably a non-issue. The best way to find out, of course, is to hit them with an application! If you are certain that this is what you want to do, then you might as well let it fly... good luck.

Hey you probably have a chance if you can present a good story and you have been doing something health related the past few years. My college GPA was crappy. Just apply, nothing to lose, just a few bucks.
