Apply To Poland
I heard enough bad things about using agent to apply medical school in Poland. Now, I already email some Poland Medical schools (Gdansk, Jagiellonian, Lodz, Poznan, Silesia, Warsaw) through this website to get application. Could anyone has any advice on applying to any of these school directly without using agent???
Many Many Thanks! |

I applied to a school in Poland directly, but not to ones mentioned by you.
There are also 4 other schools: Wroclaw, Szczecin, Lublin, Bialystok - three of them don't use agents. At this website you can find the links to their websites and email them: http://www.geocities.com/magdaemily/...l_studies.html |

Actually, of the ones you mentioned, only Lodz and Silesia use agents. All the others have their own people in the U.S., or you can apply directly to Poland.
If you want web links for the schools directly, go to the ECFMG website (ECFMG® | Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) and pick the IMED link and search for Polish schools...it's pretty straight forward. M

Hello,
Could anyone tell me about the Medical University of Lozd in Poland? How's the school like? If this school is as good as the school in US? I am suppose to attend my first school year this October, however, I'm still afraid that it is a scam for me. If anyone know any information or have been attended the school before, Please, Please.......let me know. I'm really appreciate your help! 1st year medical student in AIM/MUL |

Shove the "Required Documents" and forms in and envelope and mail it. It is that easy. Finding and apartment: When you get to Krakow, there are tons of realtors that will show you any number of apartments you want (the school has the names of realtors people use all the time and speak english) and that is all. BEWARE: The usual realtor's fee, is ONE MONTH's RENT, so you have to be ready to pay, three months rent on the spot. One month for the realtor, one month as deposit and the first month of rent to the landlord I included the "finding an apartment" part because that is the other thing agents usually offer as part of their services. |
