Yea, u could rotations back in the states but there are certain guidelines u need to follow. Like for example if you want to practice in the state of New York, you can't do more than 12 weeks of rotations outside of your medical school. Certain states have their guidelines. Most of my friends who are back in the states are going to be there for a maximum of 12 weeks. In order to apply to do rotations in the states you need to take step 1. With your score then you apply to different hospitals and see which accept you. As far as I know Poznan isn't affiliated with any hospitals, etc, back in the states. Though there have been many students who have done clinical rotations at some of the best hospitals, for example Cleveland Clinic where my friend is doing his now. The better your board score and application the better chance of getting into a good hospital.

We have to apply hrough them in order to get the loans and clinicals in the US. they told me to choos between Selisia and Lublin. i asked about Warsaw and they said the reason why they are not accepting applications was because they are having problems with the contracts/license with the US hospitals for students to do there clinicals, which just started sounding fishy to me cause there other schools, Lublin and Selisia, supposedly do clinicals in the US. HMI said they used to accept apps for this school but stopped. i did not understand this how do you have the license or contract to do clinicals with the school in America and then loss it? i don't know but i was confused about the situation and they were to unorganizedand, which made my decided to go to Lodz that much easier.
hmm..well that doesn't sound good at all.
but i'm from Canada, so does that make a difference?
i will have to look into this...
