Thread: worried and concerned

hello fellow pods and prepods,
i'm a prepod class of 2014.

I've been reading some negative stuff on SDN network about podiatry as a carrier and a POOR job outlook after residency, in their "podiatry resident and physicians" link. ( i tried posting the link here but i need 20 posts prior to posting links, sorry)

is this all cheap competitive elimination tacktics or is any of this stuff true?
i understand some cheap character people maybe on these forums bad mouthing this carrier to eliminate competition to clear the way for them selves, but I fear if any of this is true. all the talk about pods not finding jobs paying more than 60-70k per year as associates to senior podiatrists and primarily do scut work like cutting and trimming nails etc for years. what is all this nonsense?
don't really know who to ask for sincere advise?

You don't have to worry about the work... Put a clinic in your place so that people that have problem in their foot, ankle or lower leg will go far, they will actually go to for a quick relief... BTW, do you have some info about Bioidentical Hormones? It's my assignment for this week.

Podiatry is a great career in which you can help the people very much and also can earn a good amount of money . This type of job also provide inner satisfaction to your soul.
