UW concepts on hypovolemia!

Heh folks, i saw these two questions on UW which have the similiar concepts yet two different answers. I would like your opinions on these. The basic concepts are concerned about dehydration (severe) and bleeding. In case of severe dehydration, the answer involved Renal Plama Flow (RPF)=decrease; GFR=increase (RAAS); FF=increase. This i completely agree with since basic physio. Now for bleeding (hypovol shock), the answer are RPF=decrease; GFR=increase; FF=decrease. Their explaination here is compensation is never completed, which is why FF decrease. This is where i m having problem, if we use the same logic of RAAS, then efferent arteriole constriction would increase GFR in this case and an increase GFR has to equal increase in FF, or do they take in account of decrease OCPP due to protein lost from bleeding. Maybe im missing something. What do Yalls think?
